AUTHENTICITY and WARRANTY

Question: Is your watch authentic?
We DO NOT sell counterfeit watches. Every care and attention to detail has been taken by us to assure you that our watches are original timepieces.

Question: Do you guarantee that your watches are genuine, brand new, in original condition with all boxes, warranty card, instruction manuals, serial numbers?
Unless otherwise stated all of our watches come complete with all boxes, dealer stamped warranty paperwork, instruction manuals, etc

Question: Are you an authorized dealer?
All of our watches are sourced directly from authorized dealers/distributors. We are not authorized dealer for any Swiss brands. Authorized dealers are not allowed to sell their watches at discounted prices. We work closely with our business partners (authorized dealers) and are able to offer to you exclusive timepieces at favorable prices.

Question: Does the watch come with it's original manufacturer's warranty? Does the watch come with a warranty card stamped by an authorized dealer?
All of our watches come with the manufacturer's international warranty, booklets and have the serial number intact, not polished off or altered. The warranty document will be remitted by the authorized dealer which enable you to send your watch to the LOCAL (YOUR COUNTRY) authorized manufacturer's service centres for service/repair.

Question: How much duty/tax should I pay?
Please be informed that all duties/taxes are included in our price and you may have to check with your local customs about duty/tax free issues. There are no taxes or duties, at port of entry to pay for all the goods sold within the EEC.

Question: Are customs/taxes etc. prepaid?
Our appointed carriers will handle the customs clearance and deliver the package right to your doorstep. They will then present the duty/tax bill to you if there is any duty/tax for your package.

Question: How should I pay my duty/tax?
The tax/duty will be billed by the courier company. You will have to check with your the courier company directly.

Question: Do you ship to P.O Box addresses?
We don't ship to PO BOXES addresses

Question: Do you ship overnight or next day?
Special next day delivery is used for UK customers. Customers outside the UK have a choice of shipping methods.
